Dance Appeal offers group classes for beginners as well as those with some experience under their belts. Whether you're new to dance or want to try something a little more challenging, we have a class for you!
We focus on one dance for each class during a month (4 weeks at a time), giving students a chance to 1) gain muscle memory, 2) gain comfort with the steps, and 3) string several steps together into a sequence they can use for competitions, showcases, or social dancing!

Not only fun, dancing doubles as great exercise, and many dancers possess excellent figures and endurance. Tighten & Tone is a strengthening program designed to help individuals develop strength and tone... building towards those "dancers' bodies" many a pro dancer possesses.
Tighten & Tone can be used to improve your dancing - developing stronger, more controlled movements - or as a stand-alone class to build your strength and physique. Exercises include light weight lifting.
Enhance your dancing with Latin Leg Lines - a ballet-based class emphasizing the development of core strength and balance. Attendees will develop leg tone and improve their foot positioning, taking their dancing from simple "steps" to elegant, professional looking poses and figures.
Every Sunday - 12:30pm to 1:30pm
Take your dancing to the next level with Latin Moves! Most useful for those already familiar with basic latin dance steps and dance fundamentals, Latin Moves focuses on advanced techniques, core strengthening, and the execution of dance moves and styles at the professional and competitive levels!
Every Sunday - 1:30pm to 2:30pm
Latin and Ballroom dance movements incorporated with aerobic workouts! Get into the best shape ever with the coolest music and dance steps that will tone your core and body. It's Salsaerobics by Renna!
